Josephine Scoma Lary , 74, of Clovis, New Mexico, died Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at Clovis Healthcare & Rehab. She was born September 20, 1935, in Fort Worth, Texas to Leoluka and Francis Scoma.
She moved from Fort Worth to Clovis in 1971. She owned and operated with her husband Lary's Fina and Lary's Auto Clinic. She worked at the Clovis News Journal from 1980 to 1987 as a District Manager.
She is survived by 2 sons, Calvin Lary (Carla) of Clovis and William Lary of Clovis; 1 brother, Jimmy Scoma of Fort Worth, Texas, and 1 granddaughter, Kayleigh Ann Crowe of Gallup, New Mexico.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James W. Lary, in 2004, her parents, and 2 sisters, Eleanor Danner and Augustine Riley.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 27, 2010, at 2:00 P.M. at her son's home 1420 Ross St. in Clovis.
