PBetty is survived by her brother, Max Burrows and wife, Loueva, of FlowerMound, TX, J.E.snbspdaughter Petra Cantrell and husband, John, of Las Vegas, Nevada,nbspand numerous nieces and nephews.nbspIn the final weeks of life, she was lovingly cared for by sisterinlaw, Pat Burrows and daughter, Brenda of San Angelo, TX.nbspP

PAfter retiring from Motorola in Chicago, IL, Betty returned home to Clovis in the the early 1970s.nbsp A self taught artist with an amazing eye for detail, Betty delighted in the creative process of painting untilnbspthe progression of macular degeneration made painting no longer possible.P

PBetty was a tireless and successful advocate for animal rights and care and devoted herself to insuring the humane treatment of domestic pets.nbsp Her 2 dogs, Cindi and Pepe, survive her.P

PA memorial graveside service was held at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens with SteedTodd Funeral Home in charge of arrangements and Skip Clark officiating.P
