Johnny Paiz was my very first boss at the ripe age of 13. I waited tables at Josie's Cafe. Johnny taught me everything I needed to know as a waitress and then some. He took me under his wings for many years just as he did others. He will be forever remembered and greatly missed. Spread your wings and fly high Johnny!
