Alvirda was my "mom" and she introduced me as her daughter. I love the nickname she gave me; Sunday. She was my Bible teacher and gave me a love for reading and studying Scripture. Her walk with the Lord was inspiring. She always walked with a bounce in her step, a sparkle in her eyes and a mischievous smile on her face . Her favorite phrase was "I had to laugh". And she did just that. I love you, Alvirda. I'll see your Irish eyes again!

Alvirda's life was spent in the service of others and her Lord. She was very special to us even though we hadn't seen her for a few years since our move to Montana. She always had a smile on her face and a joyful laugh to share. Such a beautiful person! She will be missed.
