Alex Loya

Alexander Rafael Loya, 24, of El Paso, Texas, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, December 6, 2018.

A viewing will be held on Monday, December 10, 2018 from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

A prayer service will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 10:30 am in the Steed Todd Funeral Home Chapel led by Deacon Daniel Chavez. A memorial service will immediately follow.

Internment will follow at Lawn Haven Memorial Garden in Clovis, New Mexico.

Alexander was born in Clovis, NM to Jesus M. and Anna R. Loya on May 29, 1994. He went to school in Texico and Clovis. He met Vanessa Kroll in El Paso and together they had a son, Alejandro Jesus Loya. He worked as an industrial worker for CSC Sugar for a year.

Alexander is preceded in death by his grandmother, Maria del Socorro Luna Palomres and his aunt Santos Delma Loya Luna.

Alexander is survived by his girlfriend, Vanessa Kroll; son, Alejandro Jesus Loya; brother, Victor Jesus Loya; sister, Nicki Lynn Reyes; father, Jesus M. Loya; mother, Anna R. Loya; grandmother, Jovita Hernandez; grandfather, Celestino Hernandez and Don Chuy Loya; nieces, Kalyn Tyler Reyes and Audriana Jazlyn Rowan; aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Jonas D. Hernandez, Jeremy B. Hernandez, Michael J. Hernandez, Charles LaVare, Cody Brown, and Andrew Olivarez

Honorary Pallbearers will be Porfilio Sifuentes, Christopher E. Stidham, Celestino Hernandez, Johnny Hernandez, Theodore Mesman, and Orlando Garza.

The family of Alexander wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the medical providers of ICU at the University Medical Center in El Paso, Texas.
