Alice Jane Harshey-Bischoff was born October 10, 1960 in Hinsdale, IL. She passed away at the age of 61 on May 27, 2022.
Alice was a lifelong Episcopalian, passionate about youth and leadership. She served 30 years in the United States Air Force, retiring as a Chief Master Sergeant (achieving the highest enlisted rank). During her impressive military career, she supported numerous military operations around the world. Alice earned her master’s degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, later becoming an adjunct professor at Embry-Riddle. During her time in Clovis, NM, Alice served as the manager of the Habitat for Humanity ReStore as well as the board president. After leaving her ReStore position, Alice worked as the Eastern New Mexico University Program Director of Aviation for the past 5 years. In addition to her careers and commitment to Habitat for Humanity, Alice has been an active member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) since 1999.
She is preceded in death by her parents and a sister.
Alice is survived by Michael Bischoff, her husband of 40 years; their four children; four grandchildren; 6 of her siblings; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at St. James Episcopal Church in Clovis, NM on Monday, June 6, 2022 at 1:00pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be sent to the American Cancer Society or the DAR El Portal Chapter.
