Betty Tjardes

Betty "B" Bernice Tjardes, 92, of Clovis, NM has entered into the gates of Heaven on February 20, 2018 in Lubbock, TX. She was born on November 8, 1925 to William and Mrytle Lockman Taylor in Sheridan County, NE.
Betty was a member of Central Christian Church of Clovis, BPOE Does and Daughters of the Nile. She also had a love for painting.
Preceding her death are her husband, Harry G. (Bus) Tjardes and daughter Kathy Tjardes. She leaves behind her son, Steven G. (Paula) Tjardes of Clovis, NM; daughter, Sandra L. (Dave) Williams of Clovis, NM; sister, Verna Dennon of Gering, NE; grandchildren, Kathy Hamilton, Kristy (Joddy) Stahl, Chris Williams, Matt (Tera) Williams, and Mandie Williams; and 10 great-grandchildren. She will be dearly miss by all.
Betty will be laid to rest in the Santa Fe National Cemetery with her late husband.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospital in Betty's honor.
