Celestina Aragon

With hearts full of love and sorrow. We all share the passing of Celestina Aragon who has gone home to eternal rest. Celestina will be deeply missed by all that knew her. Her legacy of love, kindness and strength will live on through her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and family members. The memories of Celestina Aragon's strength and love will remain a comforting presence in our family's lives.

Our mother Celestina's wish was to be buried in Clovis, New Mexico. Celestina Aragon was laid to rest on August 26, 2025 at Mission Garden of Memories while being surrounded by her loving children, Christen (Garcia) Shepard, Julie Garcia, Benny, Joey, Larry and Val Garcia.

Thank you to my loving and supportive husband, Edward Shepard, to Bennie Garcia and Quinn Crosslin for the reading of two beautiful poems during the burial service.

The family would like to express its sincere gratitude to the Steed-Todd Funeral Home staff (Teresa Doyal, Ashley Gaskill, Alesha Barta, Collin Barta and Annisa Pena) for their understanding and professionalism, and patience during the family's time of grief before, during and after the burial process.
