February 13, 1952 - October 15, 2025

Charles Robert Bojorquez, age 73, passed away at his home in Clovis, New Mexico on October 15, 2025, following health complications. Born on February 13, 1952, in Flagstaff, Arizona to John C. Bojorquez and Jennie Bojorquez, Charles lived a life marked by dedication, love, and strength.

After moving to Clovis, Charles built a long and respected career at Cannon Air Force Base, where he worked for 36 years of civil service before retiring. On February 23, 1974, he married Maria Elena Amaro. Together, they raised three children.

He found joy in the simple pleasures of life-listening to music, swimming, dancing, singing, cooking, and watching football. His favorite team was the AZ Cardinals. He also loved spending time with his three beloved dogs. His gentle spirit and generous heart touched everyone who knew him.

Charles is survived by his beloved wife Maria; his children Maryalice Castaneda, Carlos Bojorquez, and Consuelo (Felipe), all of Clovis; and his cherished grandchildren Charles Michael Williamson, Arcelia Fimbres, and Felipe Fimbres Jr. He also leaves behind his siblings Ernestine Ruiz, Flagstaff, AZ, Anita Dale Fite Clovis, NM, Albert Sylvia Bojorquez Flagstaff, AZ, Ray Rosie Bojorquez, Flagstaff, AZ, and Margaret Gonzales of Clovis, along with many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews who will miss him dearly.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, David Bojorquez and John Jr. Bojorquez.

Charles will be remembered for his unwavering devotion to family, his funny humor, and the love he gave so freely. His legacy lives on in the hearts of those he loved.
