Danny Palmer

On May 26, 2025, Danny Wayne Palmer lost his long, valiant battle with cancer. He was born on February 12, 1962, in Irving, TX, to Mary Palmer. Danny dedicated many years of his life as an over-the-road truck driver.

Danny was a fun-loving man known for his love of spending quality time with his friends and family. He was always up for a good time doing anything from dirt track racing to riding motorcycles or just hanging out enjoying a good laugh. Danny's presence brought comfort and joy to all those around him. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother.

Danny leaves behind his wife, Candy Palmer of Clovis, NM; his 4 sons, Casey Wayne of Seguin, TX, Jeremy Ryan of Dallas, TX, Tyler Austin of Clovis, NM, and Luke Allen of Clovis, NM; his sister, Diane Cooper; his brother, David Murphy; 15 grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews and other family members.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Marie Palmer-Crawford; his first wife, Karen Lynn Bell; his daughter-in-law, Summer Dawn Palmer; as well as many other extended family members.
