Gwyneth Ann Petersen, 89, formerly of Clovis, passed away on July 21, 2017 in Georgetown, Texas. She was the widow of Gordon Petersen. They shared 49 years of marriage together. Born in Rotan, Texas, she was the daughter of Roland and Eunice Bigham. She grew up and attended school in Muleshoe, Texas. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Georgetown, Texas. She also belonged to Epsilon Sigma Alpha, Officers wives club and Pilot club. Gwyn will be remembered for her love for her husband, her family, her marriage and especially her love for the Lord.

She is survived by her sons: Paul and wife Michelle, Eric and wife Angie and her seven grandchildren: Ryan, Hannah, Connor, Elizabeth, Isaiah, Emily and Lilly Petersen. She is preceded in death by her husband Gordon, her sister Juanita and her parents Roland and Eunice.

The memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Steed Todd Funeral Home with the Reverend Jeb Archey, officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Purple Heart Service Foundation, 7008 Little River Turnpike, PO Box 49, Annandale, VA 22003.
