James Massey

James (Jim) Ernest Massey, born March 11,1928 outside of San Jon, New Mexico passed away September 19,2025 in Clovis, New Mexico. He loved hunting and fishing with his brother, nephew, and great-grandson, fabricating new creations and tinkering with his toys.

Jim spent most of his life working at Tucumcari Motor, driving wreckers as well as working in the body shop until the business closed. He then continued his love for wrecker driving at All Right Towing for many years to follow.

Jim Massey was proceeded in death by his wife of 71years Edith Massey, his son James (Marvin) Massey, daughter Wanda (Sue) Anderson, granddaughter Monica Anderson, four sisters and a brother.

He is survived by his brother Frank Massey from Tucumcari, New Mexico, a grandson, 7-great-grand children, and 6-great-great-grand children.

Jim will be buried alongside his wife at the Pleasant Valley Cemetery, South of San Jon, New Mexico.
