Janice Carol Howell, age 72, of Portales, died on Thursday, August 4, 2011, at Roosevelt General Hospital in Portales. She was born on September 28, 1938 in Haverhill, Massachusetts to Arthur and Elizabeth Coy.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
