December 20, 1940 — February 23, 2024
Eutimio "Tim" Romero AKA "The Mexican Dream" passed away peacefully on February 23, 2024.
Tim was born on December 20, 1940 in Anton Chico, New Mexico to Manuel and Evan Romero.
Tim graduated from Sacred Heart in Clovis, New Mexico with honors in 1959.
He received a teacher's certificate from UNM. He worked as a Chef in numerous four star restaurants. He was involved in his Church.
Survivors include; His children Tim Romero, Marcos Romero, Juanita (Neal) Kilambi, James Romero, Matt (Maria) Romero, Julie Romero, Brother; Frank (Stevana) Romero, Sisters; Dora Romero, Teresa Irene Buckley, Gloria (Ron) Flick. Seventeen grandchildren, Twelve great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Tim is preceded in death by his parents; Sister; Barbara Romero, Brothers; Jose Romero, and Emery Romero.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at 10:00 am at Steed-Todd Funeral Home in Clovis New Mexico.
Interment will follow at Mission Garden's Cemetery.
