Juanita Hardage

Juanita B. Hardage, 84, of Texico, New Mexico, died Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at her home in Texico. She was born February 19, 1924 in Shallowater, Texas to Jasper Curtis Othena Gardner Logan.

She had been a longtime resident of Texico and owned operated Crossroads Motel. She married Ed Hardage July 21, 1972 in Farwell, Texas. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Texico.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Othena Smith Pam Bernier both of Texico; 1 son, Curtis Smith of Texico; 1 granddaughter, Pamela Schjang of Texico; 1 great grandson, Brooks Leatherwood of Texico; 1 brother Jerry Logan of Plainview, Texas and 1 sister, Agnes Pat Brock of Orlando, Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; 2 brothers and 2 sisters.

Cremation has taken place and services will be held a later date.
