Linda Currene Brown

October 28, 1942 — May 30, 2026

Linda Currene Brown, of Clovis,NM, passed away on May 30th, 2026.

Linda was born October 28, 1942 to Currie and Irene Bell in Clovis, NM, and spent her educational years attending schools in Clovis and Eastern. It was during her High School years that she met the absolute love of her life, Harvey Brown. Their courtship was consummated in marriage on June 11, 1961. On August 23, 1963 their son, Christopher Brown was born, who in Linda's own words was the "greatest production" of this union.

Linda, being so creative and talented spent her life working and assisting in the success of different businesses in the Clovis area, but also developed and established personal businesses with Harvey and spent many years bringing satisfaction through their creations to so many people. Not only being creative, Linda was very committed to investing directly into the lives of people, but had a special love for young people. Whether she was substitute teaching or investing spiritually into the lives in their Church's Youth Ministry, she was always working to bring out the best in everyone's life she had the opportunity to be a part of. She believed in others because she knew her loving God and Savior, Jesus Christ, believed in her. Always the "optimist" in spite of the battles she faced, and they were many, she would always come through victorious because of her Faith that "no matter what", God was in control and with Him and through Him "all things were possible".

Linda was preceded in death by her Mother, Irene Bell in 1991, by her Son, Christopher Brown in 1994, and by her Father Currie Bell in 1998. She is survived by her husband, Harvey Brown of Clovis, Sister-in-Law, Nelda Roberts of Clovis, Brother-in-Law Gary Brown and his wife Rita of Conroe, Texas....multiple Nieces and Nephews and a multitude of Friends.

Though Linda will be deeply missed by all, and life without her just won't be the same, her Legacy and the impact she has had on so many lives will live on!

An announcement will be made for a Memorial Service at a later date.
