Manuel Garcia

Manuel Garcia, age 56, of El Paso, TX left this earth to be with the Lord on March 16, 2018 in El Paso. He was born on September 30, 1961 to Juan and Margarita Garcia in Durango, Mexico.
Manuel worked as a farmer and was well known as a very hard working man. He also raised horses, which he enjoyed doing and was really good at. Most of all, he did it all for his family, whom he loved very much. He will be dearly missed by all.
Preceding him in death are his mom, Margarita Garcia; sister, Lourdes Mora; brother, Juan Garcia; and nephew, Angel Garcia. He leaves behind his wife, Katarina Garcia of Farwell, TX; sons, Manuel (Jammie) Garcia, Jr. of Lubbock, TX, Carlos (Hope) Garcia of Levelland, TX, and Daniel Garcia of El Paso, TX; daughters, Monica (Pablo) Toscano of Hereford, TX, Beatrice (Ruben) Garcia of Farwell, TX, and Clarisa Garcia of Clovis, NM; brothers, Roberto (Maricela) Garcia of Clovis, NM, Javier (Angelica) Garcia of Texico, NM and Gabriel (Dawn) Garcia of Manard, TX; sisters, Velia Garcia of Clovis, NM, Lorena Garcia of Clovis, NM and Margarita (Oscar) of Farwell, TX; and 6 grandchildren.
A rosary will be recited by Deacon Daniel on Sunday, March 25, 2018, 6:00pm at Steed Todd Funeral Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, March 26, 2018, 10:00am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. Burial will immediately follow at Texico Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Manuel Garcia, Jr., Carlos Garcia, Gabriel Garcia, Pablo Rodriguez, Ruben Molina, Javier Garcia, Roberto Garcia, and Adalberto Favila. Honorary bearers are all his nephews.
