Michael Guajardo, Jr.

June 6, 1999 — January 4, 2026

Michael Guajardo Jr. was born in Chicago, Illinois, to Michael and Carol Guajardo. A beloved son, brother, and family member, Michael's intellect, humor, and boundless love inspired all who knew him.

Michael graduated from Jack Britt High School in North Carolina in 2017 and proudly joined the United States Air Force in 2019. After completing training at Joint Base San Antonio, he was stationed at Cannon Air Force Base, where he served with dedication and distinction, making his parents immensely proud. Following his active-duty service, Michael continued serving in the Air Force Reserves as a Data Engineer after his ETS, remaining committed to a life of service.

Driven and deeply passionate, Michael had a lifelong love for computers and technology. From gaming to programming, he spent countless hours exploring new platforms and expanding his technical knowledge. He pursued this passion academically by attending Western Governors University, majoring in Cybersecurity, and worked tirelessly toward achieving his future goals.

Michael was also known for his generosity and willingness to help others. Whether asked or simply noticing someone in need, he was always ready to lend a hand. His kindness, work ethic, and determination left a lasting impression on everyone he encountered.

Michael is survived and missed by his loving parents, Michael and Carol Guajardo; his sister, Tiffany; his aunt, Kristina; and his grandparents, Oscar and Carol. He is also fondly remembered by his extended family, including uncles, aunts, and cousins. Michael's love knew no bounds-it was contagious and surrounded all those fortunate enough to be part of his life.

His memory will live on forever in the hearts of those who loved him.
