Nancy C. Bennett of Clovis, New Mexico passed away on October 20, 2026 in Farwell, Texas.
There will be no funeral services held at this time, but a memorial will be planned for after the holidays.
Nancy was born in Pensacola, Florida to Bruce and Jessive Sponie (later Howard) on August 1, 1944. She attended many schools all over the world as a Navy kid, but she finished her college education at Eastern New Mexico University. She later used her Accounting Degree to work as an auditor on Cannon Air Force Base.
Nancy enjoyed rock hounding, crafting, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Nancy is preceded in death by: Bruce Sponie, Jessive Howard, Harold E. Howard (stepfather), Thomas F. Bennett (spouse), Sandra Thomas (sister), Linda Dunbar (sister), Terry Ann (ne. Green) (daughter).
Nancy is survived by her children: Eibhilin Weaver and husband Jay Weaver, Jennifer Bennett, Jessica Green and Michelle (ne. Green); grand children: Jasmine Spivey and husband Ky Massey, Nancy Ellard and Tyler; and great-grandchildren Willy, Paisley and Kylin.
Nancy's family would like to thank the Medical and ICU units at PRMC, the Farwell Care and Rehabilitation Center (with extra thanks to Dee, Becky, Raven and Carlos), and finally a big thank you to the Clovis and Farwell EMT units. Your kindness and help have been greatly appreciated.
