Richard Waters

Richard A (Rick) Waters, passed away, October 30, 2017, at the age of 58 years. He was born on November 4, 1958, in Weatherford, TX, to Dickie and Vivian Waters.
Rick graduated from Clovis High School in 1977. He was in business for many years with his Dad, Dickie Waters, at W&W Masonry. He has also been in construction, and for the past 6 years, has served as manager at Westbrook Glass.
He was a devoted family man and loved them with all has heart, and his grandchildren were the light of his life.
Rick is survived by his wife, Cindy; his mother, Vivian Harris; 5 children, Krista (Brandon) White, Lindsey Waters, Lexi (Andy) Chinikidiadi, Lance (Angela) Eskew, Trindy (Chris) Valdez. He is also survived by his brother, Stan (Leslie) Waters; Tracy (James) Jacoby, and Derrell, Jody, and Shane Harris of Weatherford, TX. He is preceded in death by his father, Dickie Waters.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Nov. 3, 10:30 am, at Central Baptist Church. Officiating the service will be Jody Harris and Michael Kirby.
Casket bearers will be Lonnie Cruz, Bob Rogers, Leon Lucero, Mike Dillon, Jimmy Denton, Travis Denton, Mike Rury, Kenny Wilhite, Jim Tidenburg, Craig Chapman and Robert Wilhite. Honorary bearers are Chad and Vicki Lydick, Clayton Stallings, Rachel Toney, and Joe Wood.
Memorials may be given in his memory to the NM Baptist Children's Home, Portales NM.
