Rodney Phillips

Rodney Alan Phillips, age 63, of Portales, NM passed from this world to our Lord on June 10, 2018. He was born in Savannah, GA, into a military family on March 3, 1955, and moved to Clovis, NM in 1973. Rodney worked as a truck driver.

Rodney is preceded in death by his father, Norman Phillips; grandparents, and many aunts and uncles.

He is survived by his mother, June Phillips of Clovis, NM; sister, Deborah Curry of San Antonio, TX; brother, Mark (Mary Ann) Phillips of El Paso, TX; one nephew; one niece; one great nephew; three great-nieces; and his partner; Ivy Smith, her daughter and three grandchildren.

He is loved by all and will be dearly missed.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on June 23, 2018 at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 3112 N Thornton in Clovis at 11:00am.
