Ruben Sena

Ruben John Sena, 60, formerly of Clovis went to be with the Lord on April 20, 2018 at his home in Rio Rancho, NM surrounded by his loving family. He was born on September 9, 1957 in Clovis, NM to the home of Florence and Nancy (Barela) Sena.

Ruben worked as a mover for moving and storage companies. When he wasn't working he enjoyed casting his fishing rod and playing dominoes. He also liked to press his luck playing cards and hitting the casinos. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family and especially his grandkids. He will be dearly missed by everyone.

Preceding Ruben in death are his parents, Florence and Nancy Sena, and sister, Mary Esther Medrano. He leaves behind his loving wife, Corine Sena of the home; son, Jeremy (Jennifer) Lopez of Rio Rancho, NM; daughter Nancy (Dee) Thomas of Albuquerque, NM; brothers, Louie Sena of Clovis, NM and Joe Sena of Borger, TX; and sister, Pricilla (Ross) Vallez of Albuquerque, NM; 4 grandchildren, Brandon Lopez, Destiny Lopez, Payton Thomas and Marisol Thomas plus numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 24, 2018, 1:00pm at Steed Todd Funeral Chapel with Doug McGraw officiating. Honorary bearers are all his grandchildren.
