Dennis Acuff

Dennis Charles Acuff, 72, passed away on April 25, 2021 at Farwell Care and Rehab in Farwell, Texas.  He was Born on May 3,1949 in Clovis, New Mexico to Asa Levenon Acuff and Fern Bell.  He was a longtime employee of Newt and Butch Construction and Denton Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning.  He excelled in sports throughout school into college and was an avid sports fan. Many people enjoyed his humor, generosity and friendly nature. He is survived by his mother, Fern, and brother Gary (Patsy), of Clovis, New Mexico, and his daughter, Ashley (Justin) and grandchildren Jack and Ellie of Austin, Texas.  He was preceded in death by his grand-parents, Asa and Ona Acuff and his father, Asa Levenon Acuff.  Due to the ongoing pandemic a small memorial service of family and close friends will be held on Thursday, April 29th.  Services in Loving care by Steed Todd Funeral Home in Clovis, New Mexico.
