Eric Romero

Eric Romero, 41, of Clovis, NM passed away on January 8th 2021 in Clovis, NM.

Visitation will be 4:00-8:00pm Wednesday January 19th at Steed Todd Funeral Home.

A Rosary will be held at 1:30pm and funeral services will immediately follow, both at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church Thursday January 20, 2022. Burial will follow at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens.

Eric was born in Clovis, NM to Richard Romero and Debra Romero on January 5, 1981. He was a devoted father, a loving son and an amazing brother who cared deeply for all his family and friends. Anyone who knew him knew that he was the best dancer ever and he had the most contagious laugh. Eric brought life, fun and smiles to anyone he was around. He loved his two children with all his heart and was so proud of everything they are becoming. There was never a time where he didn’t talk or express his love for them. Eric will be truly missed by everyone and not a day will go by that we don’t miss him or think about him.

Eric is proceeded in death by his mother Debra Romero, brother Adam Romero, niece Seneca Marquez, and grandparents Vincente Gallegos, Bonefacio And Katie Romero.

Eric is survived by his children Kalaya and Austin Romero, father Richard Romero, step mother Peggy Trujillo, 6 brothers, Richard Romero jr, Ronnie Romero, Patrick Trujillo, Johnathan Trujillo, Adrian Trujillo and Raul Trujillo. 5 sisters, Stephanie West (Steve), Tiffany Marquez (Michael), Marissa Oyler (Michael), Veronica Lukkar (Raymond), and Amanda Gallegos (Tyrone).

Pallbearers will be Jade Chavez, Angel Martinez Sr., Eric Romero, Paul Maes, Jason Sanchez, and Daniel Garcia.
