Joe Garcia

Jose “Joe” Angel Garcia passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his loved ones on December 23,2019.

Joe was born on September 24, 1950 in Clovis, New Mexico to proud parents, Jose Garcia and Rebecca (Aragon) Garcia.

Joe was a quiet man full of wisdom. He loved his family, collecting old coins, and in his younger years working on automobiles. Joe worked as a maintenance man for the Clovis apartments for 25 years. Joe liked listening to northern Spanish music, hanging out in his recliner, and relaxing with his family.

Joe is preceded in death by his parents, and 5 brothers; Moises, Jessie, Billy Erlindo, and David Garcia.

Joe Garcia is survived by his incredible wife; Sharon Garcia, sister; Adela (Steve) Goodman, children; Joe (Alicia) Garcia, and Crystal (Jeremy) Garcia. He is also survived by 4 grandkids; Israel, Jeremy, Isabel, and Jaelyn. 8 nephews and 3 nieces.

A rosary for Joe Garcia is being held in the Steed Todd funeral home chapel at 5:00pm on Thursday January 2,2020 by deacon Daniel Chavez.

Mass is scheduled for Friday, January 3rd, 2020 at Our Lady of Guadalupe with burial to follow at Mission Gardens.
