Pedro Martinez

Pedro Martinez, 85, beloved husband, dad, brother and "Tio Pete" was called to his eternal resting place on October 20, 2020. He entered this world on May 13, 1935, in Agua Nueva, Durango Mexico, Pedro was born to Francisco Martinez Gonzales and Juana Lomas Martinez. He is survived by his wife Maria Alicia Martinez (Houston), two sisters Ester Martinez Lira (Hereford), Amparo Avara (El Paso) and one brother (Chito). His children Gloria Martinez and family (Rio Grande, Zac. Mexico), Manuel Angel Martinez and family (Houston), Ana Berta Soto and family (Houston), Francisco Martinez and family (Houston), Alejandro Martinez (Dallas), Efren Martinez (Houston), Enrique Martinez (Houston), Luis Gerardo Martinez and family (Farwell), and Maria Carmina Castro and family (Houston). A private memorial service was held on Thursday, October 22 at 1:00 pm with immediate family only.
Pedro was a man that loved to dance and listen to music. Friends and family will remember him for his whistling abilities he had to different music notes.
