Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., March 9, 2021, at Lawn Haven Cemetery in Clovis, NM for Robert Lee (Bob) Lacy of Lubbock, Texas.
Jeb Archey will officiate at the services.
Mr. Lacy, 83, died Tuesday March 2, 2021 at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Steed Todd Funeral Home.
Bob was born July 22, 1937 in Spade, Texas, the son of W.C. Lacy and Ruby Ethel (Setser) Lacy.
He received a Bachelors and Master Degree from West Texas State University.
He married Margaret Washburn in Clovis, NM. on October 26, 1956.
Bob served his country in the United States Army from 1960-1962. He was a farmer and rancher for most of his life, as well as a coach and teacher for several years. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend.
He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers.
He is survived by his wife; sister JoAnn Lambert; Sister-in Laws Donna Wilke (Harley) and Sherri Kennedy (Steve); daughter Debbie Waggoner and husband Johnny; son Robert Lacy, Jr. and wife Karyn; grandchildren Misty, Ryan, Cheyenne, Krysta and Aubrey; and great-grandchildren Xander, Olivia, Blakely, and Annie.
